The Martinez Family has been in the Cattle business for 7 generations here in Texas. The Felito Martinez Memorial Scholarship was started in 1991, proceeding the passing of our beloved guardian angel. Since then our family has given scholarships to graduating high school students with the ambition of attaining a higher education. Felito was born a cowboy, loved the ranch way of life, and we felt there is no better way of raising funds to support his Memorial Scholarship than to donate 3 Top Quality Replacement Heifers towards the cause. We are offering buyer's choice of 3 of our Top Quality Replacement Heifers with 100% of the proceeds going to the Felito Martinez Memorial Scholarship Fund.
These heifers are the cow making type, that have been through a proven 120 day Pre-conditioning health program. With a total inventory of over 800 heifers, which include Black Brangus, Black Baldies, and Red Motley Face Heifers, you can sure pick the ones that will fit your program, whether it be an addition to your Cow/Calf Operation, or using these as Recipient Heifers. The heifers have a weight range of 650-750 lbs, and the quality is exceptional and very uniform. These ladies are extremely docile, and will follow a feed wagon to town. We siren and bunk break all of our cattle, and they respect the direction of a horse as we ride through the herd on horseback daily. All heifers are guaranteed open, and up to date on all vaccinations which include a Brucellosis Vaccination, Vision 8 for Black Leg, Vista Once, and Cydectin Wormer.
