My name is Bryleigh Anderson. I am a 9th grader at QI Roberts. This is my seventh year showing a swine. Every year the money I receive I save for college. Within my seven years of showing I have learned that just like anything else you do you are going to have some problems. Whether the problem is trying to get your swine to gain or lose weight or health problems. This years problem however was not one that you could simply overcome. As you know the Putnam County fair was canceled due to COVID-19. Hearing the news left us with the uncertainty of if we were going to be able to Show or sale our livestock this is something us livestock exhibitors look forward to doing every year. With times like this it shows how important the farming industry is. We truly appreciate your support.
