The following is a summary of the offering for the sale on Nov. 29. The lateness of this report is unfortunate but it can only be given when there is enough good information to justify it.

 

  As of Wednesday, Nov. 27, the number of cattle consigned is in the range of 425 - 450 with expectations that the number will likely reach 500+ by sale time.

The offering at present is made up of approx 85% calves with the remainder being 800 lb. +.  The majority of the calves have been weaned.  Most consignors are prepared to guarantee the heifers to be open.  Most of the vaccinations have been done with live vaccines with added value features including vaccinations for blackleg, Pasteurella, Somnus and parasite control.  Char and Char X,  B. and R Angus X and Limo X  have the largest breed  representation.
