Dear Brahman Enthusiasts:

 

It is with mixed emotions that I present to you the MF Ranch “End of An Era” Online Sale.  As indicated in the name this will be the dispersal of the MF Ranch herd.  Over the past 6 years MF Ranch owned by Manuel Frias and under our guidance has been one of the most progressive and influential breeders in the breed.  In 2019 Manuel started with +Moreno Ms. Lady Right On 224/1 who is represented in this sale and has built a program around quality over quantity.  As a result of his efforts Manuel had the high selling lot in the Brahmans at the Camellia Sale twice, been the breeder of the 2025 National Champion Red Heifer, produced a number of winners & sale toppers, and his brand can be found in Mexico & Thailand.  In this sale, progressive breeders will have the opportunity to purchase cattle and genetics that can fast forward their program.  I encourage you to take advantage of these opportunities.

Sale Terms & Conditions

 

Once a bid is made and confirmed, it cannot be retracted. Once a bidder places a bid, and if the bid is the high/winning bid, the bidder is obligated to purchase the lot at the bid price. 

 

Any winning bidder who refuses to pay for a lot may be banned from all future online auctions and other needed actions will be taken. Placing a high/winning bid is a binding contract between the bidder and the owner/seller.

 

The live cattle are located at Rodriguez Cattle Services, 6728 SH-21 Madisonville, TX 77864.  Once payment has been made buyers should arrange pick up or hauling.  It will be the buyer’s responsibility to arrange pick-up of the live animals which should occur within 10 days of the sale unless otherwise negotiated with the seller.  It is expected that any animal not picked up within ten days after the sale without pre-arrangement with the seller, the buyer will be charged $5/day. 

 

BREEDERS GUARANTEE: Every animal in this sale is, to the best of the breeder’s knowledge, free from any disease and are all sound. Due to this being a dispersal there will be NO further guarantees on the live cattle.  Every effort has been made to ensure that the cattle selling are reproductively sound.

 

Health papers can be provided on request. Special testing or export health testing will be at the buyer's expense. Please call your state vet office for permits, requirements, etc. 

 

Hauling of the live animals can be arranged. 

 

The female sexed embryos and female sexed semen have gone through the proper process to produce a high probability of female offspring.  HOWEVER, there is no guarantee on the sex of the resulting offspring.

 

The embryos and semen will be released to the buyer upon payment. The buyer is responsible for the shipping of the genetics.  All of the semen & embryos are located at Trans Ova Genetics in Bryan, Texas.

 

An invoice with payment instructions will be sent to each buyer’s registered e-mail address within 48 hours after the close of bidding. This e-mail will include the lot(s) purchased. If you do not receive an invoice via your e-mail in 48 hours after the close of the auction, please contact Sale Manager Chris Shivers, at 713-202-1747 or infinitycattleservices@gmail.com. 

 

REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES: Once payment has been made the sale management will transfer the registration certificate to the new owner’s membership with the American Brahman Breeders Association within 30 days of the sale.

ALL of the young animals had DNA submitted on December 15, 2025.  The report was to be back on January 19 but has now been pushed to February 9.  We have no reason to think that the parents are not correct but will refund any purchases that do not come back with the correct parents.
