Close Out Process
All In - All Done Sale

This Sale will feature the Cattle In Motion All In - All Done Sale Close Out Format.
With this close out, as the time counts down No Bidding can happen within 5 minutes of the close of ALL Lots. So if the Lots are set to close at 5PM and with four minutes left (4:56PM), some one bids on lot 4, then enough time is added back to the clock to allow ALL lots to have 5 minutes (new close time is 5:01PM on ALL Lots), and the countdown resumes. Then if someone bids on Lot 8 at 4:59PM, then ALL lots are extended until 5:04PM. this process will go on until no one bids for a period of 5 minutes on ANY Lot.

To be able to Bid Online for this sale, You will have to have completed the Following 3 Steps:

Terms:
Health
All animals are in excellent health and are run under strict health standards.  All heifers have been calfhood vaccinated for brucellosis.  
All bulls have been fertility tested and found to be fertile.  We guarantee our animals to be breeders, if you should have a problem, please contact us and we will make it right.  We do ask that you let us know within six months and that you take good care of the animal.  We do reserve the right to use the bull on a cow to see if she will conceive by him, if the bull does not get the cow with calf, we will replace the bull with one of equal value or credit in a future sale.  Any bulls requiring Trich tests for transport will tested at our expense.  All bulls are virgin bulls.  All animals will be eligible for transport to anywhere in the U.S.
 
Trucking
We will work to arrange the most efficient cost effective transport. 
 
Performance Data
Will be updated up to March 1 and can be found at www.L3farms.com.  All animals have been DNA tested as well as GE-EPD tested.
