Welcome to the 37^th East Texas Simmental/Simbrah Association Annual Production Sale. We are proud to offer an elite group of Simgenetics. Our consigners have worked hard in selecting their offerings for this sale. We are offering genetics on Fullblood Fleckviek Simmental, Pure Bred Black and Red Simmental and Pure Bred Simbrahs. The offering will include herd bull prospects, bred females, pairs, open heifers, semen, embryo and last but certainly not least our offering of baby doll, ETSSA Futurity Eligible show heifer prospects.

Any futurity eligible show heifer prospects must be purchased by, transferred to and remain in the junior’s name until after the ETSSA Futurity Show the following year to be eligible to return to show at the futurity the following May.  All returning heifers will receive rosettes and prize money.  The Grand Champion and Reserve Champion heifers will each receive a custom made trophy belt buckle. The junior also has the option of selling their heifer in the next years sale, commission free.

This sale will offer the buyer 2 different methods of purchasing. (1)The buyer can go thru the normal process of bidding to see if he or she wins the bid. (2) They will have the option to buy the Lot outright. This is done by executing the BUY IT NOW feature. Each lot will have a posted BUY IT NOW price. The rules for the BUY IT NOW are simple. There will be a posted phone number to call, which will put you in direct contact with the Sale Manager. The Sale Manager will then instruct you on where to wire the money, (the Association’s account). The BUY IT NOW feature is by wire transfer only.  Once the transaction has been posted to the account, the lot will be considered sold. The BUY IT NOW feature will be available from Friday May 3 until 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time on Monday May 6^th. If the lot is purchased by 10:00 a.m. CST Monday May 6th, the buyer will have until 10:00 a.m. CST on Tuesday May 7^th to have the funds wired into the ETSSA account, if not the lot will go back live into the sale.

All In - All Done Sale

This Sale will feature the Cattle In Motion All In - All Done Sale Close Out Format.
With this close out, as the time counts down No Bidding can happen within 5 minutes of the close of ALL Lots. So if the Lots are set to close at 5PM and with four minutes left (4:56PM), some one bids on lot 4, then enough time is added back to the clock to allow ALL lots to have 5 minutes (new close time is 5:01PM on ALL Lots), and the countdown resumes. Then if someone bids on Lot 8 at 4:59PM, then ALL lots are extended until 5:04PM. this process will go on until no one bids for a period of 5 minutes on ANY Lot.

Then if someone bids on Lot 8 at 6:59PM, then ALL lots are extended until 7:04PM. this process will go on until no one bids for a period of 5 minutes on ANY Lot.
