As ABBA gears up to celebrate a historic milestone, the Centennial Committee has kickstarted a landmark project that's generating a lot of excitement.
We're developing a unique coffee table book to commemorate the 100th anniversary, featuring the brands of breeders on the back cover. This book will highlight some of the historic milestones of the organization and provide an opportunity for American breeders to showcase a piece of their history by participating in this prestigious hardcover coffee table book.
The book will be printed and available at the 2024 Houston International Show and the special centennial celebration of the American Brahman Breeders Association (ABBA), celebrating 100 years of American Brahman worldwide!
The first four premium spots will be auctioned off at the National Brahman Sale on November 8 at 7:00 PM. Following the sale of those four spots this online sale will open to auction off the remaining 20 spaces. The online sale will close at 3PM on Friday, November 10 when the extended bidding period will start.
Following the close of the online sale the ABBA will invoice the buyers.
Close Out Process
This Sale will feature the Cattle In Motion All In - All Done Sale Close Out Format.
With this close out, as the time counts down No Bidding can happen within 5 minutes of the close of ALL Lots. So if the Lots are set to close at 7PM and with four minutes left (6:56PM), some one bids on lot 4, then enough time is added back to the clock to allow ALL lots to have 5 minutes (new close time is 7:01PM on ALL Lots), and the countdown resumes. Then if someone bids on Lot 8 at 6:59PM, then ALL lots are extended until 7:04PM. this process will go on until no one bids for a period of 5 minutes on ANY Lot.
