All lots will be sold to the highest bidder. 3. Each animal will be the buyer’s risk as soon as sold and will be turned over to the purchaser as soon as practical after settlement. The animals will be transferred to the buyer at the seller’s expense. 4. Trucking: Snowshoe Cattle will assist with livestock haulers and help with your delivery needs. Cost not to exceed $250 any where in the continental United States to central points. 5. Snowshoe Cattle reserves the right to one flush on each female purchased in this sale, at our expense and the buyer’s convenience. Since we are offering the complete top end of our program, we believe it is necessary to retain a flush on each. 6. Health: All females have been Calfhood Vaccinated. For full health information please contact Snowshoe Cattle. 7. Terms of Flush Selling as Lot 1: Buyer is guaranteed six (6) Grade 1 embryos. Any embryos produced beyond the guarantee, also belongs to the buyer. The flush will be conducted at Snowshoe Cattle and flush costs will be paid by Snowshoe. Freezing, shipping and semen costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
